Pricing

Straightforward, state-capped pricing

Washington law caps what a notary can charge per act. We follow that cap exactly — and disclose any travel fee before we confirm your appointment.

Service Fee
Any notarial act (acknowledgment, jurat, oath/affirmation, copy certification, etc.), per signature notarized $15
Remote Online Notarization (RON), per act $25
Travel fee Disclosed upfront
Notarial fees are capped by Washington state law under WAC 308-30-220 at $15 per act ($25 for remote online notarization). Travel fees are charged separately, vary by location and appointment time, and are always disclosed and agreed upon before your appointment is confirmed — never added as a surprise afterward.

How you're billed

After your appointment, you'll receive an invoice by email covering the notarial fee(s) and any travel fee. Payment can be made by card, ACH, or check.
